We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Officer to join our team. As an BDO, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and promoting our staffing solutions.

A courteous understanding of client needs, embedding value to our services and delivering remarkable customer experiences shall lead to success in this role.

Job Duties :

• Identify potential clients within North America through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Develop a deep understanding of clients staffing needs, industry specific trends and market challenges
• Aligning our services in accordance to the requirements and circumstances
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals and managerial staff of organizations
• Create a strong client portfolio by looking into diverse businesses
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that align with client’s requirements and organizational goals
• Present and demonstrate our services to clients showcasing USPs
• Delivering well prepared sales pitches and proposals to clients and management
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices
• Being out spoken for suggestions to improve future sales strategies
• Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions and professional development opportunities
• Keeping a detailed record of all the activities completed and in-progress
• Maintaining secrecy and integrity while excessing clients data
