We are looking for a Litigation Lawyer that delivers a strong and empathetic client focus and excellent legal skills to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

The Litigation Lawyer will perform a wide variety of functions to support the Neinstein law firm such as drafting documents, providing support to a managing lawyer, attending discoveries, speaking with experts, trial preparation, conducting legal research and assisting counsel with file management.

The ideal candidate should have some courtroom experience, experience in at least one of our practice areas, and strong legal research and writing skills.
