Overview
The Role
The LCL Customer Insights Manager is a main contact with LCL for the Quaker Foods portfolio of categories. This person will report to the Senior Manager, and play a key role in leading the initiatives and the strategy for growing these categories volume and share at LCL banners with customer contact across all areas dealing with Director level and down.
Being an important Category Advisor to LCL - this person must be attuned to the customer strategies and corporate direction, consumer and shopper insights, category trends, and competitive activity

Responsibilities
What you’ll be working on :
- Develop, present and implement category plan to grow share and volume in PepsiCo Foods categories at LCL. This will require a thorough understanding of the complete market mix of Promotion, Pricing, Placement (merchandising) and Product Assortment
- Build and create tools, scorecards and presentations to provide recommendations on category strategy
- Develop a model that will consistently challenge both PFC and LCL to continue the momentum in these categories and drive profitable growth for both parties
- Leverage LCL LDIA, Nielsen Market Track, Ad Insights, and Assortment Optimizer as well as staying current with new research
- Support Quaker customer teams with analytics to assist in meeting sales and share targets.
Qualifications
Who’s a good fit for the team : .
- University degree (Finance, Economics or Business)
- Retail experience in the grocery retail
- High proficiency in the use of Excel, Power Point
- Understanding of grocery retail merchandising
- NielsenIQ CIP platform and Dunnhumby experience
- Skilled in communication & presentation, prioritization and ownership
