Our client is looking for an Operations Officer for a 6 months contract in Toronto. This position is Hybrid role (2 days onsite).
This is a hybrid position with 2 days in office.
Pay rate : $22 / Hour
Mondays to Fridays - 8.30a.m. to 5.00p.m.

Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to financial institutions updating internal systems
- This is a call center environment
- 80% of functions will include candidates conducting outbound calls; responsible for the timely and accurate follow up of client transfers from other financial institutions
- 20% of functions will include data entry functions, i.e. updating in house systems and working closely on ISM, EIS (Electronic Imaging System) and in house ticketing software.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE :
Operations experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for when candidates are entering tickets and carrying out data entry duties.
- Professional and interpersonal skills for making phone calls
- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking skills
- High Technical Aptitude
- Strong Excel - need good understanding of using excel spreadsheets (will be using spreadsheets with macros, need to have strong technical skills to be able to pick up on learning macros during training)
NICE TO HAVE :
- Call center experience
- Previous TD wealth experience
- Previous experience with ISM, EIS, Ticketing
- Banking experience
- Ability to speak French
- Experience with macros are a huge plus
