In the project execution team, the role will be responsible for supporting the team in all commercial and technical tasks as required to successfully fulfill the customer contracts.

This role ensures the timely and accurate administration of contract deliverables from order entry to cash collection.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Day to Day operational activities in SAP required for handling projects governed by POC and CCM Accounting.
• Handling of NextGen to ensure smooth flow of Accounts Payable.
• Support PMs and CPMs to achieve Collection & Revenue Targets.
• Back-end support to PMs and CPMs by actively engaging with GBS and IT to resolve operational issues faced in managing Projects.
• Updating the Customer & Vendor Database in respective platforms of SE.
• Monitor the accounting of impact of actions taken in various SE platforms and take corrective actions in alignment with the CPM to ensure financial picture of the projects is accurate.
• Preparing Commercial Invoices and credit notes based on requirements of the project.
• Support CPMs in handling of Internal and External Audits and proving necessary documentation to auditors.
• Assist in the creation, revision, and distribution of customer documents as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the document control system.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements related to document management.
• Coordinate regularly with PMs and CPMs for reviewing activities planning and strategies.
• Various other administrative assignments assigned from time to time for the smooth functioning of organization processes on a regular basis.

What You Bring

• Hands on experience with SAP is preferred.
• Detail-oriented : Pays close attention to details and ensures accuracy in project documentation and financial records.
• Strong organizational skills : Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Communication skills : Capable of effectively conveying information, collaborating with team members, and building relationships with stakeholders.

• Problem-solving ability : Skilled in identifying issues, brainstorming solutions, and implementing strategies to overcome project obstacles.

• Time management : Demonstrates the ability to allocate time efficiently, meet project milestones, and deliver results within specified timelines.
