Responsibilities
What you'll be doing as our new Account Manager (Customer Solutions & Enablement) :
- You will be leveraging your prior experience and skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team to help clients meet business and program objectives by successful delivery of integrated, customized campaigns.
- You will be responsible for contributing to full campaign execution and program development contributing to the growth and development of the account.
- You will successfully lead briefing meetings with cross-functional teams and ensure all work is strategically planned, executed, and delivered flawlessly, on time, and on budget.
- You will develop and maintain trusted client relationships for all marketing campaign / program delivery
- You will support the Solutions Enablement Team with the development of creative briefs, marketing campaigns, communication strategies, and budget estimates as required
- You will develop and maintain current knowledge of client’s business, objectives, products, programs, brands, competitors, strategies, etc.
- You will ensure effective integration of cross-functional teams ranging from creative, strategy, and data to meet client requirements and drive efficiencies
- You will collaborate with the broader Solutions Enablement Team to understand the digital landscape and platform integration that complements marketing communication efforts
- You will oversee every element of the project throughout the entire project lifecycle
- You will proactively manage Client and Agency expectations, project scope, and risks
- You will be a leader on the Solutions Enablement Team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- You will manage the timely flow of information and documentation of all client-related activity
Qualifications
Experience that will help you succeed :
- Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, communications, agriculture, or science.
- You have 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Agency experience is an asset or experience working with cross-functional teams.
