Must have 5years experience as a D365 System Administrator with knowledge ofDynamics Customer Engagement (CE) and Purchase Order(PO).

TheD365 Administrator will be responsible for the analysisconfiguration and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics365 CE and PO modules .

Theideal candidate will know the entire D365 system backend storageservices configuration security reporting ISV any customdevelopment data integrations and any device integration.

Additional areas of responsibility may include gathering anddefining use requirements user support related to theapplication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshootingskills advanced level required to troubleshoot the solution acrossboth CE and PO
• Mustbe able to help coordinate vendor managementactivities
• Createand Maintain D365 CE and POEnvironments
• Createand Maintain D365 BatchJobs.
• Createand Maintain D365Indexes.
• Createand Maintain D365 PO and CE SecurityRoles.
• Managingthe code and data movement between environments. Collaborate withDevelopers Integrators and Business Partners for System Enhancementandupgrades.
• Continuemonitoring & fine tuning performance for D365instances.
• Helpthe team ensure compliance with IT policies andprocedures.
• Managingthe security component related to Environmentsetup.
• Strongorganizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneoustasks.
• Manageand maintain system integrations with other internal and externalsystems
• Assistingwith reviewing the architecture and plans and monitoring theexecution oftesting

Requirements

• Deepknowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE and POmodules
• DeepUnderstanding of Microsoft One Dynamics One Platform Vision andCrossAppScenarios
• UnderstandingExtension (Classes Table Form Queryetc.)
• UnderstandingIntegration service (DMF OData Custom ServiceWebservice)
• Experiencewith Power Platform and Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Bus LogicApp Azure Function Event Grid Azure SQL Server Azure Data LakeMessaging technologies PowerApps Power Automateetc.)
• Familiarwith Power BI Reporting Azure Active Directory Azure Data LakeMicrosoft Fabric Synapse Link forDataverse
• Familiarwith AzureDevOps
• Familiarwith all phases of D365 PO and CE software development life cycleusing a combination of Azure DevOps and Power Platform AdminCenter.
• Familiarwith Communication Services (SOAP REST XML JSONEDI)
• Familiarwith Version Control (Azure DevOps GITTFVS)
• Familiarwith Azure API technologies (APIM) &Postman

Familiar with Power BI Reporting, AzureActive Directory, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Linkfor Dataverse Familiar with Azure DevOps Familiar with all phasesof D365 PO and CE software development life cycle using acombination of Azure DevOps, and Power Platform Admin Center.
