Job description :

As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for the administration of the office and reception. .

Responsibility :

  • Manage email boxes by redirecting to the relevant departments;
  • Help update and maintain office policies and procedures;
  • Write, format and ensure the distribution of various administrative documents newsletters and internal communications;
  • Maintain inventory and place orders for office and cafeteria supplies;
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers;
  • Greet visitors and answer the phone
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs;
  • Support the HR team in communications and corporate events;
  • Support the finance and purchasing teams on various clerical tasks as needed;
  • Coordinate appointments fleet maintenance;
  • Ensure that the work environment remains professional;
  • Any other related tasks

  • DEP or AEC in a relevant field;
  • Relevant experience in support administrative
  • Excellent skills in managing multiple files at once;
  • Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail;
  • Have a good team spirit and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and functional English;
  • Versatility, autonomy, organization, resourcefulness, sense of priorities;
  • Good command of the Office suite
  • Skills with social media, graphics and computer tools;
