Job description :
As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for the administration of the office and reception. .
Responsibility :
- Manage email boxes by redirecting to the relevant departments;
- Help update and maintain office policies and procedures;
- Write, format and ensure the distribution of various administrative documents newsletters and internal communications;
- Maintain inventory and place orders for office and cafeteria supplies;
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers;
- Greet visitors and answer the phone
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs;
- Support the HR team in communications and corporate events;
- Support the finance and purchasing teams on various clerical tasks as needed;
- Coordinate appointments fleet maintenance;
- Ensure that the work environment remains professional;
- Any other related tasks
