You will work closely with product owners, functional leads, and stakeholders to overcome business and technology challenges, provide strategic guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership Collaborate with product owners, functional leads, and stakeholders to identify and resolve business and technology blockers, providing expert guidance to the team.
Solution Design Define capability maps, process diagrams, delivery roadmaps, and high-level Salesforce designs based on industry best practices.
Program Delivery Oversee the delivery of Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Stakeholder Communication Provide regular updates to business and technology program leads, escalating blockers when necessary to ensure smooth project progression.
Consulting Expertise Utilize your extensive experience in consulting companies (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, IBM, KPMG, Slalom) to deliver large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Financial Services Insight Apply your deep business acumen and knowledge of the financial services industry to deliver tailored solutions for Canadian financial institutions.
Best Practices Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, leveraging your functional design experience with FSC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Mentorship and Training Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Skillset : Experience 10+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with a focus on functional design and expertise in FSC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Financial Services 5+ years of experience delivering Salesforce programs within Canadian financial institutions as part of large enterprise programs.
Consulting Firms 5+ years of experience in leading consulting companies focused on Salesforce largescale deliveries (e.g.
Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, IBM, KPMG, Slalom). Technical Skills Proficiency in Salesforce capability mapping, process diagramming, and high-level design.
Business Acumen Strong understanding of financial services industry operations and requirements. Project Management Proven ability to manage complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver successful outcomes.
