JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a diverse team of experienced, agile brewers.
• Ensure safety first and quality always, while meeting production goals.
• Create a strong focus on team building, data / root cause analysis and accountability, as we drive to produce the most consistent and best tasting craft beer.
• Manages production requirements and staffing / scheduling to ensure production demands are met.
• Scheduling experience
• Driving Safety Leadership culture within brewing team
• Working knowledge of brewing industry

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the brewing industry (3+ years)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science
• Excellent data analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dayforce timesheet experience
• Previous experience leading people in a fast paced consumer goods environment
• Brewing process experience
