Job Title : Network Analyst

Location : Toronto, Canada

Full-time, Hybrid Work Environment (3 days on site)

Overview : We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join one of our clients teams in downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in network troubleshooting and resolution, along with a comprehensive understanding of corporate network infrastructure.

This role will involve supporting network systems across Canada and the US, ensuring consistency and a high standard of customer experience.

Additionally, the Network Analyst will play a key role in IT support and incident management using ServiceNow, as well as contributing to network, server, and storage tasks.

Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain network integrity.
  • Support corporate networks and infrastructure across multiple regions, including Canada, and the US.
  • Manage IT support and incident management processes using ServiceNow.
  • Ensure network consistency and uphold a high standard of customer experience.
  • Implement and configure complex networks, including LANs, WANs, and Data Centre infrastructure.
  • Utilize Microsoft Azure applications
  • Administer Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
  • Manage virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Citrix for data center virtualization.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for servers and storage systems.
  • Participate in rotating 24 / 7 support schedule.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience supporting Data Centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, LANs, and WANs.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and configure complex networks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
  • Experience in administering VMWare and Citrix environments.
  • Familiarity with data center virtualization technologies.
  • Comfortable with rotating 24 / 7 support schedule.
  • Comfortable with lifting and stacking IT equipment

Certifications :

Nice to have - PCNSA, CCNP, CCNA, CCNE etc.
