Position Overview :

The Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist will manage HubSpot CRM systems, generate leads, drive brand awareness, and optimize customer lifecycle marketing.

The role focuses on CRM management, digital marketing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

CRM Management :

• Support new HubSpot CRM initiatives aimed at enhancing the tracking of customer interactions and optimizing the customer journey.
• Ensure customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and segmented effectively for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage with prospects, and retain customers.
• Design and implement customer lifecycle strategies to enhance customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

Digital Marketing :

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Ads, and others.
• Generate leads and drive brand awareness through SEO, social media, and content marketing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Reporting :

• Monitor and analyze digital marketing and CRM performance metrics.
• Generate reports and insights for the marketing team and senior management.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM management, strongly emphasizing HubSpot.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and French
• Experience in the healthcare or medical industry.

• Problem-solving : A strong problem-solving mindset is necessary for identifying opportunities for improvement, troubleshooting campaign performance issues, and developing creative solutions to marketing challenges.
