Our client in Victoria is seeking a temporary Reception and Front Desk Aid to provide coverage on two weekends per month.
In this role, you'll be responsible for greeting and welcoming clients into the building. If you have a passion for building relationships and strong interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Advantages
- $23 / hour
- Work two weekends a month (alternating with another receptionist)
- Weekend Hours Saturday and Sunday 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
- Opportunity to gain receptionist experience
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival.
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of reception experience.
- Personable team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Confident with a positive attitude and always wearing a smile.
