Salary : $27.00 to $29.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment : Permanent employment, Full-time (Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Overtime, Shift, Weekend)

Start Date : Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
