Hourly salary of $19.06.
12monthcontract.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Weekdayschedule from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm.
1hour unpaid lunch.
Onsite workin a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :
Operate various equipment including envelope insertion machineshydraulic cutters perfect and coil binding machines as well asfolding and kitting systems.
Manage tasks related to shipping receiving and inventoryorganization.
Provide support toall client associate positions to ensure smooth delivery of clientdeliverables.
Offer backup andsupport during peak workload times establishing support coverageschedules with operations managers and siteleads.
Engage in the training ofnew employees and support administrative tasks asneeded.
Communicate processimprovements identified during the support period to the site leadand manager.
Provide operationalsupport for print mail courier and imaging operations ensuringexcellent customer communication and clientservice.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
high school diploma orequivalent.
6 months to 1 year ofexperience in customer service.
Ability and willingness to learn anddevelop.
Flexibility to adapt tovarious client environments in an organized and professionalmanner.
Able to work effectivelyin team or individual settings with minimalsupervision.
Capacity to lift andmove items weighing up to 50pounds.
Proficiency in resolvingand escalating issues.
Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
Strong organizational andtime management skills.
Abilityto manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
Competent withcomputer systems.
Basic knowledgeof file conversion or graphic arts applications such as AdobeAcrobat.
