Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Experience managing a team and creating a positive work environment.
- Must possess a deep understanding of hospitality, with a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- Strong restaurant operations skills, including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service.
- Must have a solid grasp of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, with experience in analyzing financial data to optimize costs and boost profitability.
- Experience in building strong relationships within the local community.
- A love for the culinary arts and a drive to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the Victoria dining scene and community.
