JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Customer Success Specialist who will be a crucial member of our clients customer support team, assisting clients across North America.
The primary responsibility of this role is to foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
The specialist will work alongside the North American teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to team-driven projects.
The role will be vital in upholding excellent customer service as expansions continue.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability in handling multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Exceptional listening, speaking, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Experience with productivity tools such as Slack, Notion, Intercom, Google Workspace, or similar counterparts.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a team and with day-to-day users of an organization.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bilingual French.
- Experience in a fast-growing software company.
Knowledge of the advertising industry.
