Our client, an established Commercial Electrical Contractor is ready to expand their operations. They have an aggressive vision which once achieved, will see them grow from one to several branches further establishing them as industry leaders with a wide reach.
They have a solid plan in place and they need a seasoned, industry experienced operational leader to put the plan in action.
In addition to your operational expertise, it is imperative that you have hands on experience in commercial electrical applications.
This background is critical to the success of the plan.
The expectation is that the right person will hit the ground running and not look back.
Who you are
- 7 plus years industry related experience in a senior role
- Hands on experience where you played a role in an expansion / acquisition / startup with a new or existing business
- Aggressively work toward achieving the vision
