ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review and negotiate contract terms with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors. Maintain and organize project contract documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Communicate and resolve contract-related issues with internal teams and stakeholders.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders. Prepare and submit contract invoices and manage contract close-out processes.

Collaborate with project managers and other teams to ensure project success. Manage and respond to RFIs (Request for Information) in a timely manner.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and authorities having jurisdiction. Assemble construction drawing revisions, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall sections, details, schedules etc.

Participate and act on behalf of the form as the project CA lead during regularly scheduled site meetings. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 10+ years of experience in contract administration within the architecture or construction industry.

Degree or diploma from an accredited institution in Architecture. Strong knowledge of contract law, building technology / assemblies, construction methodology, materials application, and interpretation of manufacturers' requirements.

Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, BIM Docs, BlueBeam, Microsoft Excel and Word. Fully versed in the Ontario Building Code and have experience with large-scale institutional buildings.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly organized and able to manage time, deadlines, and deliverables.

Self-motivated individual, capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projects and interested in growing with the firm.
