OBJECTIVE
The Bilingual Commercial Sales Administrator is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers, gathering and entering their details into our broker management system and transferring the call to the appropriate broker.
This is a Full-Time contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Speak with customers by phone and email and note their relevant details.
Process all leads and follow-ups promptly
Convey a willingness to help through positive and professional interactions with clients and colleagues
Maintain understanding of internet lead and sales process
Maintain a working knowledge of all applicable systems
Document all details of client requests and conversations in the appropriate system, using the applicable templates
Manage daily workload in accordance with company standards
Respond favorably to all coaching and training provided and make use of self-coaching tools where available
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in French and English with ability to effectively communicate in both languages
Strong customer service experience and multitasking skills
Professional and collaborative team player
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Positive attitude and ability to adapt to change
Remote flexibility available
