We are seeking a skilled andexperienced Windows and Doors Service Technician to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in window anddoor installation repair and maintenance along with exceptionalcustomer service skills.

As a Service Technician you will beresponsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with windows anddoors ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the higheststandards of quality andprofessionalism.

Responsibilities :

1.Perform installations repairs and maintenance of windows and doorsin residential settings.

2.Diagnose issues with windows and doors including hardwaremalfunctions insulation / sealing problems and installationissues.

3. Provide excellentcustomer service by effectively communicating with consumersaddressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfactionthroughout the service process.

4.Maintain a clean and organized work environment both onsite and incompany vehicles ensuring that tools and equipment are properlymaintained and accounted for.

5.Collaborate with team members and managers to coordinate jobassignments schedule appointments and ensure timely completion ofservice appointments.

6. Documentall service activities including work performed parts / material usedand any additional recommendations or followup required for eachservice request.

7. Utilizecomputer skills effectively including familiarity with data entrysoftware maintaining a high level ofaccuracy.

8. Stay updated onindustry trends best practices and new products related to windowsand doors and participate in ongoing training and professionaldevelopment opportunities as needed.

9.Always maintain aprofessional appearance and demeanor representing the companypositively and courteously when interacting with customers andcolleagues.

10.Perform otherduties as assigned by management to support the overall operationsof the service department and contribute to the success of theorganization.

Qualifications :

1.High school diploma or equivalent required; additionalcertification or vocational training in carpentry construction orrelated fields preferred.

2.Minimum of 23 years of experience in window and door installationrepair or service.

3. Strongtechnical skills and knowledge of window and door systems includingvarious materials hardware and installationtechniques.

4. Excellentproblemsolving abilities and attention to detail with the abilityto diagnose issues accurately and develop effectivesolutions.

5. Effectivecommunication skills both verbal and written with the ability tointeract professionally with customers andcolleagues.

6. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team with a strong work ethic andcommitment to delivering highqualityservice.

7. Valid drivers licenseand clean driving record required; ability to travel to job sitesand transport equipment and materials asneeded.

8. Willingness to workflexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodatecustomer schedules and servicerequests.

9. Physical ability tolift heavy objects climb ladders and work in various weatherconditions and environments.

Shiftavailability : Morning Shift

Salary : $2325 per hour (depending on experience) to startonly
