Your new role
You will work alongside an established entrepreneurial team and report directly to the Regional Property Manager. As an experience Administrator, you will support a residential portfolio of 900+ residential units across Kelowna and the greater Okanagan.
They are seeking a dynamic individual to set up and optimize departmental systems, while identifying and driving initiatives for growth and efficiency.
Your duties will include : budgeting, leasing support, maintenance scheduling, financial reporting and working cross functionally with other teams.
You will be working with Yardi on a daily basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 5+ years experience within multi-family residential property administration. You will have experience of being the company representative for RTB's.
You will have experience supporting multiple sites and be well versed in Yardi. Experience with leasing, budgeting, tenant communications, maintenance scheduling and strong knowledge of the RTA.
Please note, this role will involve site visits to the properties across the Okanagan.
