Aboutthis role

The Evidence DeliveryAssociate Director is accountable for the operational delivery ofglobal strategic studies required to generate the evidence to buildthe confidence on company therapies and additional observationalinterventional and externally sponsored research required by GlobalProduct Teams and Global Medical Teams.

As partof our SRS team you will be dedicatedto one sponsor a global patientfocused pharmaceuticalcompany.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Support / coordinateprotocol development and finalization
• ManageStudy Governance
• Support / coordinate allinternal study governance processes
• ExternalService Provider Management
• Provide input intothe selection of External Service Providers (ESPs) includingClinical Research Organisations (CROs)
• Supportstrategic handover meetings and kick offmeetings
• Perform CRO oversight to help ensureproject delivery within time cost andquality
• Support delivery of projects to agreedtimelines (scorecard) within the approved budget and according tocompany quality standards
• Support globaloversight over the operational study start up implementation andclosure and ensureinspectionreadiness

Qualifications : (Max 56)

• Bachelorsdegree required preferably in medical or biological science orequivalent by experience.
• Extensivepharmaceutical industry / CRO experience within clinicalstudy / research project delivery drug development process andrelevant guidelines for example GCP / ICH for a specific therapeuticand geographical area.
• Project Managementqualification or demonstration of project management skillsincluding scope budget timeline resource management and use ofassociated tools.
• Scientific awareness andextensive knowledge of observational study guidelines andSOPs
