Description de posteSafely transporting customers' vehicles from point of pick up to the branch Maintain accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructions Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation Performing labouring tasks that may include depollution, tire dismounting, etc. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities Providing our customers with excellent customer service! Valid DZ driver's license with a clean driving abstract and CVOR Valid Tow Driver certification Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
