Join us in our mission to provide top-notch security solutions globally.  Role Summary :     As a Professional Services Engineer , you will work closely with clients to implement and optimize our technology solutions, ensuring they achieve maximum value.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and provide expert-level support throughout the implementation process.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy problem-solver with a strong customer-service orientation and a passion for delivering impactful results.

What You’ll Do :   Besides being the above, here’s what you’ll be up to :   Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering : Partner with clients to understand their technical and business needs, analyze system requirements, and gather specific solution needs to ensure alignment with our offerings.

Solution Design & Customization : Design, configure, and implement custom solutions to meet clients’ unique needs, working with internal teams to align on timelines and resources.

Product Deployment & Integration : Lead the deployment process, from initial setup through testing, implementation, and post-launch support, ensuring smooth integration with the client's systems.

Technical Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert-level technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that arise during or after the implementation process.

Project Management : Collaborate with project managers to define timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Continuous Improvement : Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve our implementation methodologies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Need to be Successful   Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : 3+ years of experience in a Professional Services Engineer, Technical Consultant, Implementation Specialist, or related role, ideally in a SaaS, IT, or enterprise solutions environment.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in one or more C#, Python, SQL, Flutter, and MongoDB.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure, CRM / ERP systems.

Familiarity with networking protocols, databases, and security principles is a plus.

Familiarity with deployment and integration tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.

Experience with Access Control Software is a plus.

Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centered approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Certifications (Optional) : Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect, or similar) are preferred.
