Responsibilities :
- Beclient facing managing the entire project from award tocompletion.
- Overseethe company s Designer s calculations on ductwork HVAC piping gasplumbing and drainage and incorporate those calculations intotechnical drawings.
- Overseecalculations to size equipment and prepare projectspecificequipment schedules.
- Coordinatewith necessary project consultants to review equipment ensuringthat a complete and correct design is achieved.
- Collaboratewith the Building Services group to deliver multidisciplinaryprojects through preliminary and detaileddesigns.
Qualifications :
- 8years experience in the field of Canadian Mechanical BuildingsEngineering.
- Havethe ability to check services and layouts for continuity developingHVAC system layouts in coordination with the electrical structuraland architectural building components.
- Beable to clarify project scope and create building sections toassist with interference coordination between buildingsystems.
- Befamiliar with electrical structural and architectural models toappreciate space limitations and interference.
- Beable to read drawings directly in Revit adhering to the companiesBIM / CADstandards.
CompensationRange :
