Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Komcan, Inc. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, developing sales strategies & leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
This role is located in Georgetown, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in the printing industry or related field
- Knowledge of printing machinery and technologies
- Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a hybrid remote and in-office environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to travel as needed
- Bilingual is an asset
Salary and commission package with an option for a company car or a car allowance. Must be able to work in Canada at time of application.
