You will
- To offer our customers (G.M, Gentile Members) an exceptional but always different shopping experience
- To advise and propose new experiences to G.M to build customer loyalty
- Ensure that the essential levers for sales (inventory management, hygiene, merchandising, coaching, etc.) are under control
- Coach and motivate the Resort teams to increase local sales performance
- Set up sales events within the Resort
- Look after the Resort's equipment, materials and infrastructures
