Job Type : Full Time / Part Time / Hourly

Primary Focus : Provide remarkable cottage hospitality to every guest on every visit.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve all beverages to Turtle Jack’s standards
• Assist guest with beverage choice
• Promote weekly features
• Participate in all national feature promotions
• Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
• Engage guests and build a regular clientele
• Assist fellow team members when needed
• Follow all systems in place
• Complete regular opening and closing duties

Skills required :

• Smart Serve Certification
• Previous serving and / or bartending experience required
• Comfortable and confident personality
• Flexible availability to work days, nights and weekends
• Quick, efficient, hardworking
• Professional well-groomed appearance
