The salary for this Client Supervisor will be in the $70K-$80K range .

What will it entail?

  • Be the Business Partnerships face of the agency for a key consumer electronics client
  • Liaise with clients in launching products and projects, recommending strategies, branding, writing briefs, proposing tactics, assessing and presenting creative solutions
  • Work with internal functional teams and external vendors to give clear reports on project finances, helping to deliver projects to the clients on budget and on time
  • Plan, scope and manage effectively integrated marketing programs in collaboration with the Client Director
  • Develop strategic and marketing leadership skills. Strive to work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identifies / implements programs to help achieve client goals
  • Work closely with studio and production to plan, execute and traffic large, complex digital projects
  • Execute multiple campaigns efficiently at any given time
  • Create and interpret effective analysis to support marketing recommendations. Develop broad industry expertise
  • Work across traditional print, digital, social and broadcast media
  • Build and grow client relationships. Understand clients’ business and generate new ideas to enhance client performance
  • Manage campaign and project budgets. Ensure financial process are being met and estimates are being completed in a timely fashion
  • Contribute to new business initiatives

Who are we looking for?

  • 3-4 years of related agency / industry experience
  • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development, service and campaign strategy
  • Digital and social media background. Requires a clear understanding of these channels
  • Strong team player, ability to partner with creative teams, production teams and agency partner teams.
  • Strong knowledge or experience in account management / coordination and client / campaign strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute project plans to ensure cost-effective and on-time completion
  • Someone who thrives in an exceptionally fast-paced environment
  • Ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results
  • A positive, can do’ attitude that leads by example
  • Drive the development of effective production processes
  • Strong leadership, social, interpersonal, selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources, such as trade journals, research reports, white papers and cross-tabulated survey data
  • Ability to write reports (i.e., results reports, strategic plans), presentations and general business correspondence
  • Ability to independently problem solve and find solutions
  • Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
  • Is articulate and demonstrates strong written ability

We are currently following a hybrid work model and come together in our Toronto office 2x a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays). Due to the nature of our work and business, there may be requirements to be on-site / at clients / at shoots, on any given day, and employees acknowledge this as a priority.

Our office is located downtown at King & Berkeley, and candidates should be within commutable distance to the office.
