Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with the contractual and financial aspects of the project, managing and organizing documents related to each project, and helping mitigate risks if any.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Who You Are :
- possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction industry.
- possess the ability to estimate.
- have an affinity for drawings.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Lead a team.

Project Management Responsibilities
- Track and analyze project performance, cost performance, schedule, and project costs.
- Project Management with minimal supervision
- Communicate and coordinate the project plan including objectives and responsibilities to the project team.
- Consistently uses Procore and logs all project information and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Excellent customer service skills to help keep the clients informed of construction progress, issues or concerns.
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
