Duties :
- Administer procurement systems, including supplier and user adoption, workflow configuration, and training.
- Develop automation and procurement reports for management.
- Create and analyze reports for metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain procurement databases (contracts, specifications, pricing).
- Support the implementation and development of procurement platforms.
- Conduct market research for innovative procurement solutions.
- Track spending, savings, and supplier performance.
- Propose improvements to supply management processes.
- Evaluate new system features through testing.
- Communicate with sourcing and business teams for process optimization.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, supply chain management, finance, or IT.
- Five years of experience in a procurement department using enterprise systems like Ariba and SAP.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, public procurement, and finance interdependencies.
- Open-minded, innovative, and confident.
- Service and detail-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Proficient in basic software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Fluent bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written).
- Familiarity with Crown corporations and government agencies is an asset.
