- Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
- Oversee day-to-day field activities
- Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff
- Conduct employee orientations and safety meetings

- 5-10+ years of local Canadian construction experience as a Site Supervisor working on a variety of ICI projects such as LTC, University / College Residences and Commercial / Institutional new builds as well as Transit Station projects
- Predominent experience working on projects from excavation through to completion
