Job Overview :

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving community outreach efforts and secure private care sales from families, facilities, organizations, etc.

This pivotal role focuses on building brand awareness and establishing lasting relationships to expand our client base.

What will you be doing?

Community Outreach : Develop and implement strategies to raise brand awareness and promote our services within local communities, organizations, and healthcare networks (i.

e. facilities, hospitals, etc.)

  • Sales Generation : Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Campaign Management : Plan and execute marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively
  • Field Sales : Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to educate prospects on the benefits of Stay Home Forever's services and secure new clients / partnerships
  • Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including families, healthcare professionals, and community leaders
  • Reporting and Analysis : Track sales metrics, analyze results, and provide regular reports to your direct supervisor.

Must Haves :

  • Proven track record in sales preferably in the healthcare or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management ability with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative outreach strategies and campaigns
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for making a positive impact in the community
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
  • Must be able to work full-time in our Scarborough Head Office as required
  • Ability to work flexible hours
