Not only have we created this holographic technology, that sits within The Atom a smart, site-safe headset - but we also provide implementation and consultancy on the Data Centre and Mission Critical projects that the AR solution is being used on to ensure that all schemes are completed according to the delivery timescales set out, and fall within budget - that's what we're here for!
Over the last few years XYZ has grown to over 120 staff across the UK, Europe and the US and is working with prestigious, market-leading Data Centre and Mission Critical organisations / construction companies to successfully deliver major projects globally.
Sales Development Representative Opportunity
Our aim is to revolutionise the construction industry, for the better, forever.
And although we've achieved some incredible successes so far, we're only just getting started!
We will regularly be looking for ambitious Sales professionals to join our journey and enable us to reach more companies, ultimately helping to make our vision a reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, contact and qualify potential customers
- Conduct outbound telephone calls, social prospecting (through LinkedIn) and emailing within defined target account list with the view to arranging follow up appointments / demos.
- Effectively communicate and pitch the XYZ value proposition and solution to prospective customers in a compelling manner
- Bringing new prospects / leads in to the funnel and managing them through the sales pipeline so they can be introduced to and closed by a partner Account Executive
- Meet or exceed the quota-defined volume of monthly Sales Accepted Opportunities through effective multi-channel prospecting, qualification and discovery meetings
- Stay up to date on market trends, competition and industry developments across Construction, Construction Technology and Data Centres
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals by keeping Salesforce up to date with prospecting details and next step
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Enterprise Sales experience - you will have worked in an outbound sales, appointment setting or cold calling position before
- Experience using Salesforce; knowledge of Apollo.io desirable
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking with high level decision makers
- A motivated team player and self-starter who has a passion for sales and customer experience
