We are growing, and searching for an HR Business Partner, Canada!
Job Summary :
The HR Business Partner position will report directly to the VP, Human Resources and work closely with Canadian employees, front-line managers as well as corporate US leadership to provide strategic HR support and guidance.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement and drive HR programs and initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with company policies and practices.
- Assist with the management of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees in Canada.
- Maintain payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Ensure legal compliance across multiple provinces.
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Proven working experience as HR Manager, HRBP, or similar role.
- Ability to resolve employee relations issues.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian Labor Law, and risk avoidance.
- Ability to handle change and ambiguity well.
- Strong desire to create a positive work environment.
- Strategically support cultural change.
- Ability to support and guide organizational changes.
- Ability to promote and integrate inclusive practices within the organization.
- Ability to manage stress and adapt quickly to change.

Education and Experience :
- Five plus years relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or related field.
- Full proficiency in English and French, including engaging with candidates, employees, and the community in writing, is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
