What you’ll do :
- Manage the Account Executive team to ensure market growth and business plan objectives are met.
- Develop training and conduct performance evaluations for Account Executives.
- Participate in the hiring and promotion of Account Executives.
- Assign sales territories to Account Executives.
- Deliver sales presentations to top customers in coordination with Account Executives.
- Meet with top customers, assisting Account Executives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Analyze sales statistics to assist in promoting sales decisions.
- Analyze market data and opportunities to ensure proper sales coverage.
- Communicate with General Manager to ensure customer commitments are and opportunities are captured.
We are looking for individuals who are :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service
- Minimum 2 years managing sales professionals using an account management approach (prospecting, selling, growing, maintaining, and retaining accounts)
- KPI Driven
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- A valid driver’s license
