Your responsibilities will include managing the reception desk, handling phone calls and inquiries, coordinating supply orders, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to support numerous departments within our organization such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently managing the reception desk, directing and screening calls and visitors, and addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
- General office administration duties such as preparing mail distributions, typing documents, scanning, copying, overseeing of supply orders, monitoring inventory levels, etc.
- Administrative support for the Canadvantage rewards program.
- Other related tasks and duties as assigned.
