Adecco is actively seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our clients team. This full-time role involves managing various payroll tasks, including data entry, payroll processing, and reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of payroll processing experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities :
- Employee Master File changes, data entry, and payroll processing
- Generating payroll reports for review and authorization
- Managing payroll records and distributing pay stubs
- Processing EFT files and bank reports
- Handling terminations, ROE submissions, and recording time off
- Coordinating cheque requests and year-end adjustments
- Reconciling taxes and managing union maintenance tables
Requirements :
- 3+ years of previous payroll processing experience
- Previous experience in a unionized environment is an asset
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Eligibility to work and reside in Canada
