We are seeking an Executive Social Media Assistant to join our team! We are a preventative healthcare business with a powerful product line that is scaling globally with our innovative digital franchise model.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be a cornerstone in propelling our business growth. Your role is not just about support;
it's about actively contributing to the expansion and refinement of our operations. Here's what you'll be doing :
Driving Growth : Work closely with the CEO on a variety of tasks aimed at expanding and enhancing our company's operations.
Your proactive approach will be instrumental in turning visions into reality.
Social Media & Other Marketing Support : Take charge of assisting the CEO in personal branding and marketing to enhance business development efforts and assume marketing assistant duties.
This will allowing the CEO to focus on actions contributing to overarching business growth. This includes helping to film and create content while also assisting in managing our online training platform.
Responsibilities :
In addition to the requirements mentioned above, ideal candidates will possess :
Executive Experience : Proven background as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Handle administrative needs
- Arrange conference calls and meetings
- Plan work-related travel details and events
- Receive visitors at our office
- Maintain and order supplies
Organizational Skills : Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on seamless organization.
Communication Proficiency : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability : Openness to new ideas and best practices, coupled with adaptability.
Commitment to Growth : Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
Marketing Acumen : Good understanding of marketing principles with a demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to take on marketing assistant responsibilities.

Requirements :
Legal Authorization : Authorized to work in Canada.
Driver's License : Possess a valid driver's license.
Language Proficiency : Fluent in English. Multilingual is an asset (Spanish)
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
- Graphic design / Canva experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Have experience creating and editing videos
- Experience with Social Media Platforms (tiktok, instagram, linked In etc)
- Multilingual is an asset
