Your responsibilities will start with digital content creation, social media curation, event coordination, marketing campaigns, and analytics all aimed at elevating the Kilmer brand.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Engagement and Content Creation : Monitor and enhance our digital presence, including website and social media platforms, to boost traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

Develop compelling digital content, including videos, to support our marketing objectives.

Event and Trade Show Participation : Organize and participate in industry events and trade shows, offering exciting opportunities to network, learn, and promote our brand.

Play a key role in showcasing our innovative solutions and engaging with customers and industry peers.

Teamwork : Support the marketing team in crafting and implementing marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies.

Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms and initiatives. Embrace a flexible approach to support broader business needs, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork.

Sales and Marketing Integration : Align closely with sales, service, and parts teams to drive targeted marketing campaigns, focusing on customer retention, acquisition, and product promotion.

Ensure leads are handed off to the sales team for follow-up.

CRM and Analytics Expertise : Leverage data and analytics when implementing marketing strategies and driving business growth.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Expertise in engaging content creation and social media proficiency.
• Experience with creative software including Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
• Experience with website and CRM systems including Shopify or Netsuite is an asset.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with an ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
