Role : Network Security Engineer
Location : Toronto, CA (Hybrid)
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000 CAD + Benefits

Our client, a leading international financial services company, is seeking a talented Network Security Engineer to join their dynamic team in Toronto.
This role is perfect for a professional with a deep understanding of network security, strong Azure infrastructure experience, and proficiency in firewall management, particularly with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures.
- Manage and configure firewalls, ensuring optimal security and performance.
- Utilize Azure infrastructure to support and enhance network security.
- Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Respond to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations.
- Perform regular security assessments and audits.
Qualifications :
- Expertise in Network Security : Demonstrated experience in securing complex networks.
- Strong Azure Infrastructure Experience : Proficient in managing and securing Azure environments.
- Firewall Experience : Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper firewalls.
- Certifications : PCNSE, CCNA, and any Azure certifications are highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
