Compensation :

$50,000 : Part time - $100,000+ : Full time

Responsibilities :

• Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities
• Seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted financial advisor
• Customize financial plans for each client based on his or her professional / work circumstances, life stage, and evolving financial needs
• Work directly with clients to compile financial profiles that allow you to provide sound financial advice based on each person’s individual financial status, income, financial goals, and other factors contributing to wealth management
• Generate appointments from leads sourced through conversations, business partnerships, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Provide personalized financial needs analyses to help clients understand their current situation and retirement planning needs.
• Recommend appropriate life insurance options to ensure adequate protection for clients' loved ones.
• Facilitate transfers to our competitive mutual fund products to enhance clients' investment returns and combat inflation.
• Present health and dental benefits packages tailored for small businesses.

Qualifications :

• This role offers 100% commission-based compensation
• It's an excellent opportunity to generate additional income actively and passively
• Many part-time employees earn more than $50,000 annually
• Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or possess a valid work permit
• Regrettably, we are unable to hire international students currently
• Candidates must be at least 19 years old
• The position is fully remote and requires access to a computer and reliable internet connection
• Attend in class school to earn your LLQP Life License (4 days in total) and IFSE Mutual Funds License (6 days in total)
• Applicants who meet the qualifications will receive tuition sponsorship and comprehensive field training
