Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative :

- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques.
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills.
Requirements :
- Associate Degree or equivalent in business, communications, or related fields
- A background in customer service, sales, communications, or an associated field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Full-Time availability, Monday to Friday
- Comfortable working in person and willing to commute to our office every day
