Job Description As a Senior Technical Product Manager at LotusFlare, your work will directly affect products impacting millions of people.

You will be responsible for the roadmap and growth of your products while ensuring alignment with our monetization platform.

You will need to work closely with engineers, designers, and other product managers to ensure the timely delivery of product features without compromising on technical design and best practices.

You are also passionate about product management and pushing the organization to be a leading class in its approach to addressing and anticipating market needs, sustainable and scalable development, and painting a shared product vision across all of LotusFlare.

Job Responsibilities Contribute to the vision, strategy, prioritization, and execution of product features for LotusFlare’s software stack Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products Manage technical software products from kick-off to launch Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into action plans Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction Partner with other cross-functional teams including engineering, UX / UI, sales, marketing, and customer success Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative data to develop the most remarkable user experience Define core metrics that measure the drivers of the business Job Requirements 5+ years of previous experience in product management or software development Able to discuss and work closely with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture 3+ years of working in an Enterprise software company is preferred Knowledge and experience in telecom BSS product is a must Knowledge and experience with at least three of TM Forum standards / frameworks (Information Framework, Process Framework, Open APIs, Open Digital Architecture).

Valid TM Forum certification is not a must but preferred. Knowledge and 3+ years experience with Product Catalog and / or Order Management with at least 1 completed customer project or 1 completed product development.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Able to effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to quickly make data-driven decisions Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar Must have skills : Telecom BSS experience TM Forum know-how (preferably certification) Perks Competitive salary package.
