Senior Customer Associate / Account Manager
Manufacturing experience is needed.

Our client is looking for that experienced customer advocate that :
- Manages an assigned set of accounts and provides complete customer service, problem resolution and account management functions.
- Excels in long term customer relationship development
- Quickly responds to and solves any client issue
- Providing pricing information and Order entry
- ERP system experienced
- Forecasting and reporting on your clients' business
- Interacts with your customers and internal departments as part of assessing and confirming product delivery
- Updating customers on order delivery dates and inventory status
- Bilingualism (French / English) is an asset
