Staffy is unlocking the full potential of our health workforce and ensuring patients always receive the care they need. As a growing Health Tech business, we are searching for the next Sales & Market Development Representative to join the team.
Should you choose to accept your mission, you will spearhead Staffy’s growth and footprint by driving new revenue opportunities.
What you’ll be responsible for :
- Building and executing a sales plan to land new healthcare customers in Canada
- Develop existing accounts by partnering with the Customer Success team, developing and executing outbound sales campaigns targeting dormant customer locations
- Executing pipeline-building campaigns including building prospecting lists, and outbound - call / email campaigns
- Work with the Marketing team to build customer-facing presentations
- Monitor RFI, RFP and RFPQ sites for opportunities Staffy may be a fit for, drafting proposals as needed
You will have :
- 3+ years B2B sales experience in the technology space (SaaS is preferable). You must have deal-closing experience
- Prior experience within healthcare or healthcare-related industries
- Notable track record working with early-stage startups where you have grown revenue in a defined market
- A can do attitude and the aptitude for a startup environment!
You will be eager to :
- Work independently with minimal supervision, executing your business development plan
- Work alongside all levels of professionals within the healthcare industry, bringing health organizations and healthcare workers together
- Develop your skills, grow your career and have an impact on a scaling startup
- Travel as needed for events, sponsorships and speaking engagements
- Work from our Head Office located in downtown Toronto at least 3 days per week
- Exceed targets and play a key role in building the Staffy sales team!
