Install, service and repair of Electromechanical Machinery
Identify and correct hardware failures, electrical, mechanical and / or pneumatic problems .
Advise on proper use regarding applications, operation, and maintenance of machines.
Assist customer to achieve optimum efficiency and machine output.
Provide on-going Preventative Maintenance.
Demonstrate machinery to customers.
Carry out proper reporting and documentation.
Respond to Service calls in a professional manner.
Provide training to customer’s staff.
Provide over the phone remote support.
