Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Modern Workspace Solution Architect with 10+ years of IT experience to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise digital workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, AI-driven automation, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.

The role focuses on driving digital workplace transformation, improving employee productivity, modernizing collaboration platforms, and delivering secure, scalable, AI-powered enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and govern enterprise solutions across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Generative AI capabilities.

• Design scalable automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Architect modern intranet, document management, and knowledge management solutions using SharePoint Online.

• Drive enterprise collaboration strategies leveraging Microsoft Teams and integrated workplace services.

• Establish governance, security, compliance, and platform standards for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.

• Design and implement integrations using Microsoft Graph, APIs, Azure services, and third-party platforms.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into solution architectures and technology roadmaps.

• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to delivery teams.

• Identify opportunities for AI adoption, intelligent process automation, and continuous improvement across the digital workplace.

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise collaboration platforms.

• Experience with solution architecture, governance, security, and technology roadmaps.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.
