Electric FX is looking to hire Journeyman Electricians to help with residential and commercial projects.
Part-time and Full-time positions available
$35-$45 per hour plus vacation pay
Overtime and bonus pay
We are located in Toronto and work all over the GTA. We are a fast-growing, licensed electrical contractor that primarily does residential renovations, new construction, and small commercial type jobs.
We are the leading electrical company for new laneway and garden suites in Toronto and the surrounding area. Residential electricians who can rough-in and do finishings in new construction, renovations, and custom homes is preferred.

Skills :
- Wiring basic residential circuits with romex and bx
- Cutting in romex and bx wires into boxes and making electrical connections such as 3-way or 4-way switches
- Wiring and installation of electrical devices such as switches, plugs, fixtures, smoke detectors, pot lights, low voltage lighting
- Wiring and installation of 100A and 200A 120 / 240V single phase overhead / underground residential services
- Electric Vehicle Chargers for residential and commercial properties
- Ability to read and follow electrical drawings / plans
- Troubleshooting 120 / 240V electrical circuits
- Ontario electrical safety code knowledge
- Home automation experience and / or being able to set up smart home devices is not required but would be very helpful Qualities :

Prerequisites are as follows :
- Valid G Drivers License
- Basic hand / power tools
- All proper PPE required to work on site (ie. hard hat, safety boots, any other safety equipment you would need or like to bring but not necessary including knee pads, hearing protection, eye protection, etc.)
- WHMIS, Working At Heights, First Aid
